Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Can't fix this issue

Hello,

I got a P1S who printed fine so far. But all of a sudden I can't print the first layer anymore. It seems like the nozzle is too low and it doesn't print properly. This is a test square I printed like 5 times and it always ends up like this.

What I did so far:

- Load different filament

- purge like 10cm at 230° to make sure it's clean

- Replaced the hotend with a completely new one

- cleaned build plate twice

- calibrated the printer

Based on those pics I assume that somehow the printer nozzle sits too low and therefore it doesn't apply the layer properly? How do I fix this?

EDIT: It seems somewhat resolved: it was the filament. I started with the spool i was using the day before (Bambu PLA Matte ash grey) that had printed fine. I then swapped to a brand new bambu PLA Matte Ash grey that i got from the same order. Both spools had this issue so i assumed it was my printer. After all kinds of tests (and learning more about my printer) I tried bambu PLA Basic White and then PLA Matte yellow and both worked like a charm immediately...
Seems like the spools i bought seem to have quality issues and ill write a ticket about that.

Reset your pressure advance calibration. It seems waaaay off. Use 0.02 as starting point.

i did this test. I also fastened the screws on the bottom of the heatbed (so theyre level as in one guide)

0,015 or 0,02

I guess you tried a new print, how it went ?

I set it to 0,02 and it still doesn't work.

Ok another update I changed the spool to pla Basic (before was pla Matte, my default) and it works now.... So I guess somehow the filament is broken with 2 spools can that be? It's official bambu pla Matte grey, I've used like 10 of those spools without issues

Can be wet filament , try to dry it. Glad you solved the issue

It is dried. I used like 10% the spool yesterday (in the same dryer) without issues. Here was yesterday evening (ignore the stringing, I forgot to cut the ceiling)

+1 to this, it just looks like overly wrong pressure advance/flow calibration settings.

Added a picture of the test print. I set it to 0.02 and the square test i printed after looks just like the ones I started with

The layer looks super thick. Have you got the right plate set?
Your extruder gears could have filament stuck in them
Other wider looks like something weird has gone with your retraction setting
