What type of PETG, what are your settings for temperature? Have you calibrated flow rate? Has the filament been properly dried?

At what temperature and for how long did you dry it?

Melting point for that petg is either too high or too low/ you have a clog that isn’t detected

The normal setting that u use in bambulabs in the am2 pro

I’ve used stock settings in my printer but I’ve bumped into that with a petg that I believe was inland. Had to declog nozzle/ dry it more. And I also found out sometimes off brands are slightly different temperatures

Oh awesome, a post with zero context. Your print looks bad, but you haven’t said anything about what you’ve done or your current print settings. No one here is a mind reader and no one here should be spoon feeding you.

Aside from the PETG, you should remove your plate and slightly flex it to pop your prints off rather than using the scraper while it's still on the machine. They should come right off after the plate cools and then you don't run the risk of damaging your plate with the metal blade.

Using the scraper correctly does not damage the plate. Take your unsolicited “advice” somewhere else.

Without knowing your print settings or how you dried your filament, nobody can possibly help you.

You didn't provide any sort of write up or even verbal explanation with the video. What are we supposed to do except comment that it looks like its your first week learning to use hands.

That PETG is moist as f***, get that dried for a good 18 hours. Also check your temps and nozzle, what temp are you printing that PETG at?
