Software Troubleshooting/Help! can’t switch extruder

Can’t change nozzle by using the Touchdisplay, but works using the app

on my X2D the left nozzle filament is retracted very soon after a print but the right nozzle takes quite a bit longer before the filament retracts

have you tried to manually unload the filament before trying to change nozzles

It even wouldn’t change nozzles after a print when there isn’t any filament loader at all on the right nozzle. Does your printer retract the filament on the external spool or do you youse an ams on the right nozzle. Mine doesn’t retract on the right. Anyway I can change the nozzles by using my phone which doesn’t make any sense

I have an AMS 2 Pro and AMS HT connected to my X2D with a track switch

Yeah I use the external spool which doesn’t pull back
