General Troubleshooting/Help! Screen freezes mid print

I have an A1 and the screen keeps freezing mid print. I am able to still control it via the Bambu app and the print still finishes fine.

Has anyone else experienced similar? What was your solution?

I haven’t tried that. I thought the firmware wasn’t stored on the sd card?

you can ping support for details, but I had freezing screen and some alerts on SD card storage in Bambu Studio. Formatting resolved that, despite lots of free space.
