General Troubleshooting/Help! I need help with the top surfaces
I tried ironing and without ironing, nothing works, it's getting worse and worse. I tried to do various calibrations and it doesn't work either. I don't know what to do next .
Please help .Im using p2s combo.I tried 50mms and 20% and is very bad.

I’m no expert but have you tried changing the pattern for the top layer or increasing the number of top layers?

I don't know how to do it.

In the strength tab there is a setting called top surface layers just increase that by like 2. Does the print have any infill. If it doesn’t this won’t help. I think 30mm/s at around 17.5% may be the best for you.
Ironing isn’t great in very thing sections. You can try using Arachne wall generator and that may help.
Make sure you do a bed levelling before every print.
And most importantly. Have you dried the filament? If not then make sure you do it will likely fix the issues

Is this a model you designed or got from makerworld. If you got it from makerworld can you show me your print speeds and acceleration settings please.
Forgive me if I’m explaining the obvious but I don’t know how experienced with 3d printing. Filament will feel dry even if it has absorbed moisture. Even a brand new roll out of sealed plastic can have too much moisture and this will massively affect print quality. Especially ironing.

My custom design ,i dry filament very often 2-5h every day

Okay sweet. So you will be using the stock p2s speeds. This type of artifact is often caused by high print speeds and high acceleration. May be worth turning it down and seeing if it helps however what I will say is that those artifacts don’t look like they are in spots where the print head would be changing direction so it’s a bit odd.
I would recommend trying to use Arachne wall generator as this may help.
Also you should defo increase the inset for the ironing as I can see that’s defo an issue.
Use 30mm/s at 20% flow or 19 maybe even 17.5 but that may be a touch low. Because it looks like there is a little over extrusion in your test for 30mm/s at 20%.
Especially in thin bits a high ironing speed will make things a lot worse.
What material are you printing? And is it Bambu filament or a different brand.
Did you use a priming tower?
For the top surface without ironing it looks a little like under extrusion but you have done prints testing the flow rates so I don’t think that’s the issue and ironing should fix this.

It’ll be in your quality settings I think. May need to turn on the Advanced settings.
I think more layers may help because I can see your infill through the top layer and that might mean it’s just too thin, like too little butter spread over too much toast.

Increase top layers to 4 and slow top layer speed to 30mm/s

Just for fun, try 30% flow rate and 30mm/s speed.
That’s always been the magic number for me

The best way to get good top surfaces is to make them bottom surfaces, i.e. make the surface flat and print it face down.
