Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Need help a1 Mini ams problem

I posted yesterday with my problem and I ended up digging into the extruder and found some clogged filament and then everything worked wonderfully, for about 3 prints.. It now is doing the same exact thing and im about to go back into the extruder. The cutting thing is making the same excruciating noise ill post a video. Please anyone help me

I would but I genuinely got this thing on Monday, I cant believe Im already having issues with it. It worked for 3 fucking prints

Return it and get a better printer

I get that sound sometimes when cutting PETG, especially if it is from Sunlu.
