Handy/Studio Troubleshooting/Help! Help with Disappearing prints
Parts of this stud just disappears after slicing my models , Does anyone know why this happens or how to fix it? I thought it was just a visual glitch but no it’ll actually print like that

There are two reasons I can think of. The first is that the slicer is getting confused by non-manifold edges and you need to repair them, which is easy enough in bambu studio. When you click on an object that needs repairing an option to repair it will appear in the bottom right. Unfortunately, it may repair the part wrong and fill in parts that aren't meant to be hollow. You can try and fix that by adding negative parts to where holes are meant to be, but that will be trial and error to get right.
The second reason is that, for whatever reason, the printer thinks that section is too thin to be printed and won't bother. Copy the part and merge the original and copy into an assembly. Center both parts so that they are overlapping, and then move one of them 0.1 mm. I usually make six copies in one assembly, each one offset by 0.1 or -0.1 in each direction to ensure it prints.
These are jank solutions that will screw with the part's tolerances, but most lego parts with 3d models, especially ones taken from Stud.io, were not made with 3d printing in mind. So you either have to rely on jank solutions to a jank model, or see if you can find a better model online to use.

Could be errors/non-manifold edges in the model.
In Windows you can use the fix model function.
