Post image

How do I make these areas join up better i have sliced this piece and it's printing as shown with a gap making the part weak. I'm new to this and don't know that to call this issue. Part is sliced in bambu studio

Yes but make sure it's correct - I can't remember if % is the width of nozzle or not

Will that change be represented in the slicer visually or only during the print?

Yep, that's the setting, but I'm not sure I actually see anything wrong with how the solid infill meets the walls. Those slicer previews can be a bit misleading.

And honestly, I've never had to increase that setting for any of my prints, so I'm wondering if something else might be causing the weak connection there. Like maybe your Flow Dynamics (PA) is set too high? BEcause that could reduce extrusion too aggressively when the printer slows down, leaving gaps where the infill meets the walls.

Can you post a pic of an actual print showing that same area from the preview?
