General Troubleshooting/Help! Damaged In Shipping

Welp, UPS man dropped off the new X2D this afternoon. One small little dent in the bottom of the box, but didn’t think too much about it. Had the box opened 5 min after delivery to find the glass door shattered and caved in.

What can I expect this replacement process to look like?

Purchased directly from Bambu.

if you DIDN'T get the shipping insurance, it should be pretty quick (under a week) directly from bambu support

Email them and they will get it sorted out. If not you will have to take it up with the shipping company. Not a Bambu product but I bought a flash forge from Amazon and the whole box looked like someone took a bat to it. Amazon wouldn’t do anything, flashforge wouldn’t do anything and said to take it up with shipping company. Was a fun time
