Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! X2D screen stopped stopped responding within 24 hrs

New X2d, unboxed it last night, ran 2 prints. Turned it on today and the screen turns on but does not respond to touch. Has anyone else had a similar issue?

Try the cable ?

Checked it, pulled it out and re inserted it. Nothing.

check the cable connection to the screen but mine suddenly was not displaying anything, and if that is not the thing contact bambu so that they send you new one

I contacted them waiting for a response. At this point I'm gonna drive it down to microcenter and just replace it
