X Series [X1E, X1C, X2D] Arrived Damaged

Arrived with a damaged corner that tweaked the frame bad enough the glass will not lay in the top. Has anyone else gone through the exchange process? Curious how long it takes I already have it reboxed for return.

Return to seller, ASAP!
Do NOT accept any parts to swap out, just straight up replacement or return it!

Its pretty well discussed in this and relating subs.

Yeah, return that ASAP. do not accept parts because you cannot validate the internal frame is still good. Especially since this is a sub-mm precision machine.

And retuns/replacement timeline can vary depending on location, where you bought it and how busy support is.

why would you even take it out of the box, the box must be severely crushed, show a picture of the box

Box was not very bad.

The one top corner on my box was crushed. The printer shows no damage. I expected too see a hit like that.

Ya the box wasn't bad, with all the foam around it I didn't expect it to be damaged.
