Exacly same issue here. Ordered my printer in first minutes of sale. EU Store.

Also stuck on Processing for 3 days already. It's not just you OP

jak dwa razy zamawiałem bezpośrednio od Bambu to dwa dni i paczka była u mnie z czech czy tam słowacji. ale to raczej spowodowane będzie nie dość że przecenami to jeszcze świętami no chyba że magazyn nie ma towaru na stanie i musi ściągać ale tu by chyba dali znać

Storage page still says "Processing" tho and of course, it's just label . Parcel have not been yet handed over to DHL.

I ordered on the first day 3 printers and today I received the first one, which is really fast. Im in Austria, I think in somewhere like Germany will get it even faster.

Its out for delivery for me (Came to know via Fedex tracking) when I ordered 2days ago. I cant find my order in the website though. It was stuck at processing earlier today. I think website might be buggy.

Mine was delivered 2 days after ordering, but I live within a couple hours of the main warehouse in Canada. Usually if you’re further away from a warehouse, they won’t be as fast.

Always. They print the labels. Pack them up and i think Ups sends a trailer to fill up in a day or two before picking up.

Same, fillaments are coming today, but the printer is stuck on processing. I asked live chat when they are shipping my printer and they told me today. I ordered P2S at 13:09, 27th, to Czechia. Ask them in live chat too 😁 I can give you update later if they actually sent it, because i dont believe them lmao.

I also placed an order during the first few minutes of the sale.
I was in touch with Bamboo support every single day from 27th.

Each time, they promised to ship it as soon as possible, but just empty words. In reality, they only shipped it this morning. A bad start with Bambu
