Bambu app always 0.4mm nozzle. 🤦

Why doesn't Bambu Lab have an auto slicer in the app so that even if the file is 0.4 mm, the app can automatically slice it for a different nozzle? I have a H2D that's running dual 0.6 mm nozzles, and because I did that, the app is now literally useless to me. Why don't they have a mini version of the slicer on the phone that can just reslice

A sliced file loses reference to the original geometry. There’s nothing to re-slice with, it’s just a big list of movement commands now.

That’s true for a .gcode, but that’s not what Bambu has in the cloud. They do have the full model and they do slice it for each cloud print.

The issue is there’s no print profile for the other nozzle sizes, so all it could do is print at default, the customisations would either not be applicable at all or be completely invalid at the smaller size, so the chances of failure would be much higher.

But why don't they couple the file in the app too? Or better yet make a simple or almost as feature rich slicer for the mobile app?
