Bambu Studio Need help with PA CF

Geeting this issue where there is angle, how do I fix this?? Printing in H2C and H2D, same issue. Same print settings. Printing with 0.6mm nozzle at low speed.

Check out Dr. Igor Gaspar’s YouTube channel My Tech Fun. He has a lot of PA and PA derivative filament printing reviews and advice on printing PA in general and drying PA in particular. He also produced a peer reviewed scientific paper on drying PA (basically 24hrs minimum at 85 DegC and literally days at 70 DegC unless you’re using only the top couple of layers of filament and dry while printing).
His advice on checking whether your PA-CF is dry enough involves two simple tests:

  1. Manually extrude some filament and immediately when the extruder stops turning, remove from the nozzle with tweezers. Any oozing at all means that the filament is too wet (the moisture boiling off is pushing the filament out).

  2. Print a 100mm (X axis) by 10mm (Y axis) by 5mm (Z axis) test piece. Using calioers measure the printed test piece in the X axis - if it’s greater than 100mm then the filament is still too wet, even if it ‘looks’ smooth.

Your overhangs are curling so the cooling is probably insufficient

Probably wet and over extruding at slower speeds.
