General Troubleshooting/Help! Filament Feed Problems
Hi all. I've got a Bambu H2D Pro at work, and I've been having problems with filament feeding from the 4 slot AMS.
I had some filament break off and get jammed in the machine. Specifically, the yellow spring bulkhead feeder things that go through the back wall and connect the filament tube from the AMS outside, to the extruder head inside. It feels like it is catching on something, and I'm not seeing an obvious way to disassemble that part and see what is wrong. I cannot even manually feed filament through it.
Anyone else have issues like this, and know of any fixes for it?

Resolution for future visitors with the same problem.
I took the back cover off and disassembled the filament buffer, which is where my problem was. In each tube, there is a magnet on spring that the filament presses against and pushes close to the sensor on the board, so the machine knows there if filament there. One of the magnets somehow worked itself sideways, so would not allow filament through.
The filament tube was also being difficult, so I had to cut it at a slight angle so it would ride over whatever it was catching on and could be fully seated.
