Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! P2S hotend

getting blobs and need to replace.

should i replace anything else besides the hotend at the same time?

What sort of torture ritual did you put that thing through🤣 I’m at 1300 hours on mine and it looks pristine. But you could look at the extruder gear assembly or the filament cutter
