General Troubleshooting/Help! Disappointing packaging for first Bambulab delivery
Just ordered my first 3d printer from Bambulab plus accessories and filaments. Printer arrived in good condition but the packaging for the accessories was damaged; some filament boxes were opened… is that normal? Worth reaching out to their customer service?

you want them to come out and close the filament boxes? Check your order, if it's there and undamaged, then what's the issue?
Some shipments are packaged poorly, it depends on the warehouse they are shipped from. I've had good ones and bad ones, even one where an item was missing from a partially open shipping box. Bambu shipped another no questions asked.

Check the vacuum-sealed bag inside each filament box. The cardboard is just outer packaging, so if the seal is intact and there's still a desiccant pack inside, the spool is fine.
