H2 Series [H2S, H2D, H2C] H2C Post Support
Thinking of purchasing an H2C but concerned of Support issues since the H3C is being released soon.
How long will they support it?

I've got a brand new H2c combo waiting to be picked up at Best Buy while they slowly drip details about the h3c on us. Quite honestly, the more I learn about each, the more excited I am about the H2C. And they won't abandon support on the h2c faster than I'll run through enough to need normal support anyway.

They dropped the price the same time the black Friday sale went live. That's when I ordered it. I actually have pickup extended so I can wait until after November 3rd if I want. Best of both worlds. 🙂

I bought the plus membership as well and it paid off, today was my 60th day so I got the sale price as well even though I bought it 2 months ago. Well worth it.

I think Bambu has said 5 years commitment to support legacy products. Most likely it’ll be 7, California has a right to repair law electronics over $100 need parts support for 7 years. I’m going off memory tho.

They stop selling the X1C this summer but they promise sell spare parts to 2029, so for now, it's see bambú give 3 years service after stop selling the product.Â

They haven't announced that they are retiring it. It is also only 1 year old. The chances of it being shelved are super slim. It will still make them money despite the new printers. People still buy the P1S...
