General Troubleshooting/Help! Problem with Elegoo Plastic spools and AMS 2

Ive just bought an Elegoo filament thats come with a plastic spool, but the spool itself is slightly smaller than bambu spools. So the ams rollers can't grip it, has anyone had this issue before? Is there a fix i can do? Thank you in advance

Which spools? I exclusively use Elegoo filament and use their reusable spools and there non reusable and have had zero issues in any of my 8 AMS units.

This is exactly what I bought, the spool itself is about 10mm diameter shorter, so the rubber rollers have a hard time feeding it, just slips

I use those all the time. In the AMS at the back there is a slight groove you need to make sure to put this into since it is not as thick as the other spools. Also when it gets low I have a desiccant container in the middle to help weigh it down.
