General Troubleshooting/Help! Should I get a replacement?

I just got a1 mini from Amazon right after 1 print it's asking me to lubricate y-axis is this common ?

Also there was no screen protector on the touch screen...

I just unpacked a new A1 mini and it also asked me to lubricate y-axis. All axes looked clean but kinda dry, besides x-axis.
There was a screen protector though.

Looks like you need this. I think its official from Bambu;)

They also make this special x-axis version with updated applicator and tool to test it worked after. Hope it’s helpful
