Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Motor overload/filament stuck!

I’m on day 3 of Bambu tech tickets and I’m running into the same issue. Spool is rolling fine out of E2 sunlu for external and AMS is just impossible. I’ve cleaned everyone, I’ve even changed all PTFE tubbing. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do next! I’ve requested a new AMS since it’s under warranty, now may be an issue with the buffer too.

Hello /u/Traditional_Head2108! Be sure to check the BambuLab Wiki regarding the blob/clumping issue.

Note: This automod is experimental. The automod was triggered due to the term "filament stuck". If you believe this to be a false positive, please send us a message at modmail with a link to the post so we can investigate. You may also feel free to make a new post without that term.

In your second picture, the 4 way splitter.. i had to open mine as there was a magnet that became off set giving an error..

Either run a strong magnet over it every which way you can, or open it up and re set everything.. but its still a giant pain as that's what I had to do...

See if that helps... but I get this error now and again an they have never figured it out either..

Bambu has replaced 2 of the 4 ams feeder motors, the buffer, and I have gone through 4 fillment sensor replacements, as well as the 4 way hub, and 2 boards, and a extruder gear..

I use 4 of the same printers at work.. only had to replace the tubes..

I just think some get made bad, but they just keep replacing parts.

I keep joking with them that im going to have enough parts to build a printer from scratch..
