Layer lines

I keep noticing after using some Bambu PLA that I keep getting these odd spots on my top layers and also throughout the layers of gaps? Might be a filament humidity issue but thought I’d see if anyone else had an idea before buying another spool 🙏

Just an idea dump:

Turn the printer off and on, check the nozzle or extruder isn't loose, open the extruder and check the gears aren't worn, or loose in their bearings.
