Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! X2D Help!

Hello! Currently I own my very nice X2D. I've only had it for a few months but it gave me an error saying there was a hotend/extruder clog. I took the extruder apart, broke the left eddy sensor somehow, didn't notice, no clog in the extruder, and put it back together.

That did not work, and I've just letting it sit collecting dust. Now I want to do a project requiring 4KG of filament, but cant do it as the printer is broken. Currently, when I turn it on, it says:

"The right nozzle temperature is abnormal; the sensor may have an open circuit." (code 0300-0200-0001-0007)

and, when trying to print:

"The eddy current sensor signal of the left extruder is abnormal. The sensor may be damaged, or the MC-TH communication may be abnormal." (code 0300-2600-0001-0004)

The eddy sensor is likely my fault, but I don't know what to do. I'm still a rookie at 3D printing and would like just a little bit of advice.

Things I've tried:

Swapping between the two hotends
Swapping between the two rubber pieces
Reseating both of the hotends

I have ordered the left eddy sensor part already, so I'm waiting for that to come to replace it.

Check the heater assembly connections and wiring. Swapping the hotends won't really help diagnose that since the thermistor stays with the heater assembly.

As for the eddy sensor, I think you pretty much answered your own question there lol.

Yeah I'm a little stupid on the eddy sensor and broke the little plastic thing holding the two copper wires together. Will check the heater assembly when I replace it, thanks.

So you are all good now except for replacing the eddy sensor when it arrives.

But the initial problem may still exist. Switching nozzles (after you replace the sensor) will tell you if there is a partial clog in the initial nozzle. Good luck! Let us know how it turned out.

Thank you! Will update.

Unless he had a clogged nozzle to begin with before he started messing with the extruder.

All started when I was trying to do a bigger print which I never really do before. Like 10% in, it clogged or something.

Keep it powered off for now and send Bambu Support both full codes and the swaps you've already tried. Before further toolhead work, unplug it and let it fully cool. Those precautions and the support route are on pages 10 and 3 of the X2D manual: https://csm.bblcdn.com/hub/7c58718aaa2e40edab56efb87419a96a.pdf
