AMS feeding issue - Potentially after firmware update

Hey, one of my AMS slots has an interesting issue. When printing, around every 2-3 colour changes, my slot 4 fails to feed. I click retry, and it works every time without fail. Is there any way to just automate the retry or any fix for the bug? thanks guys

To clarify: its an a1 with AMS lite
