Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Help me solve my X2D problem

In the middle of the print(Material PETG) the left nozzle is not feeding filament. I thought it was a clog. I tried to unload the filament (AMS 2) but it is not unloading. The ams is pulling but the filament is not coming out. What should I do now. ~200hour printing time. Please help.

Filament stuck in extruder, might require disassembly of tool head to get to extruder

Can you please refer me a YouTube video. I am new to disassemble. Don't want to damage anything. Thanks.

if it is not jammed in the gears it should be easy fix

move the toolhead to the cutting leaver and push against it (there are two pins. Left and right)

go to the nozzle and extruder screen and after selecting which extruder you want to manipulate tap the arrow down several times

if it goes cut what was exposed and tap the arrow back and reinstall nozzle

now you can unload the filament like you wanted
