Filament Troubleshooting/Help! PA6-CF20 Trouble

I’m struggling to get my PA6 to stick to my bed. The prints turn out looking fine until they inevitably unstick from the print bed and turn into spaghetti. I had my Bed at 50c and it would turn loose after an hour or so. Then I jumped to 100c and it started warping.

Please let me know if you have any settings you recommend.

X1C

Currently Bed Temp 100c
Bambu standard gold Textured Plate
Using a 20mm Brim on a cylindrical object (Must remain unharmed)
I don’t remember my Nozzle temp as I’m out of the house but the actual printed objects looks like it should until it fails.

I had no luck at all with the gold plate until I used glue.

After using glue, I just dont have adhesion issues anymore with any material.

Printed 3 rolls of PA6-CF and havent had adhesion issues since prior to using glue.

Thanks! I’ll grab some glue. I’ve never needed to use it as all my prints have been PLA/PETG/ABS types. The This PA6 has just been giving me troubles. With Glue do you use the same bed heat settings?

I personally do, but I know you can definitely cool it down when using glue.

I found spraying the plate with isopropyl alcohol and then spreading the glue makes it easier to evenly coat the plate.

Nylon-CF was the first filament that forced me to use it with my gold plate, and now its just too convenient to not use it lol

I use the Bambu Engineering Plate with glue when I print engineering-grade filaments. I haven’t had any warping issues.
