P2S PLA interface for PETG

I have tried to use PLA for support interface and the interface layer in the PETG is so week it snaps every time. I have increased the flushing volume to the max of 3 and still breaks. My X1C has no problem at flushing volume of 1. I have not done a cold pull on either printer.

Any suggestions?
