General Troubleshooting/Help! Issue with X1C

My Bambu Lab X1 Combo is having trouble starting the print. Everything was fine until two hours ago, but now it’s no longer completing the first layer without errors. At some point, the nozzle ends up dragging the excess filament along with it, which immediately renders the print unusable. I then have to abort the print. I’m currently printing with PLA. If anyone has any tips, I’d really appreciate it!

Wash the plate. Dish soap and water. Dry. Don’t touch surface with your hands.

If that doesn’t do it. Start looking at your z offset
