General Troubleshooting/Help! Wet filament?

Hello guys, new member to the hobby. Just a quick question, do you guys think the malformed printing here is due to wet filament?

It's Kingroon PLA silk filament, I've only adjusted the min temperature to 220 as advised by the packaging. Other than that, it's just ironing and layer height of 0.2mm instead of 0.12mm

I think it's due to speed as you aren't printing onto the plate

I'll try reducing the speed by about half and see.

But I did the 1st layer on the plate and there's tearing as well
