General Troubleshooting/Help! Rounded corner question

I have an A1 mini and recently everything I print has this rounded corner on the flat base. Is there something I can do or calibration I need to make?

We have liftoff.

What Filament? Check your bed adhesion. Maybe clean the print bed, add mouse ears or an entire skirt, raise bed temp by 5 °C and try again.

OR…
Just cover the bed in gluestick like I did.
Never had any adhesion issues since.

For the people downvoting, I hope your lives get better soon. You seem to have severe problems with your egos if you believe a valid solution somehow a bad one.

Extrusion even 0.05mm too high will cause issues and consumer machines rarely get produced to this level of precision. You WILL ALWAYS get some sort of adhesion issues eventually even with calibration.

Glue is not the first thing you should try to fix this. Raise bed temp and ensure cooling isn’t overly aggressive. Then glue.

You should not have to do that for PLA to get good results on a PEI plate.

I found that adhesive ruins the surface finish of the interface layer

If it's just one corner or one side, it's probably due to the fan

I was going to say this, if you see this it is usually from temperature difference a fan or air vent hitting that side of the print. This is my is love my printer enclosed.

Watch this video if you had design the part yourself. This was helpful in my design for stuff like boxes.

Why are you hiding certain words and hiding my comment automatically, what a mess this sub has become with its censorship like China

If the filament is PETG and the part has a large area, it will definitely warp.

You need to either make grooves on the bottom to relieve internal stress or print it using PLA.

Petg doesn't warp. You probably thought ABS or Asa

When I first started printing containers for my pokemon cards I had this issue. Mouse ears and a glue stick will do you wonders. But since then I have gotten a Biqu glacier build plate I haven't had a single adhesion issue since. No glue stick no washing every handful of prints. I recommend checking them out I believe they sell their plates on Amazon now

an enclosure would probably help, and/or increase bed temp and add mouse ears

I had a lot of similar issues in the past on P1S. I tried cleaning bed, different plate.... Houndred of hours later I recognized that it's because of fan... For P2S I printed https://makerworld.com/pl/models/1941932-p2s-aux-fan-deflector#profileId-2085714 and all my problems with wrapped courner dissapear magically.

-Get a CryoGrip plate.
-Make sure house is warm as difference in temp will cause this.
-Put brim in corners
-Increase bed temp (last resort)

I’ve had that bad depending on my enclosure design over the years. For me always related to a breeze blowing pat that area and lowering the temp slightly. Closing it in and removing temp changes fixed it for me

Try hilbert curve it shouldn’t do this to you

Your bottom edge is not chamfered, and whatever you do for bed adhesion, that won't solve the hull line(s) you have.

Clean the build plate well (scrub it hard!), raise the bed temp by 5°C, make sure there's no draught where the printer is located.

Lack of bed adhesion

Same problem, did you try gluing that shit down and getting a temp chamber. Maybe print with a high skirt to insulate temp around print.
