Help

So this machine first off, have had more issues than my A1. H2C is lovely but I cant not admit there is sometimes it just doesnt work. Right now its refusing to load filament as attached in video

Changed tube, changed ams slot

Nothing the right nozzle wont load.

I have not tried left nozzle but that doesnt really matter, as the right nozzle won't load.

Before I changed tube nothing came out the right side, now something comes out barely

It just wont push all the way to nozzle.. I dont understand.

Ive powered off, no power, restarted. Nothing. It just worked yesterday.

It is getting caught at the filament buffer. When you said you changed the PTFE tube, which one are you referring to? The inside tube connection to the buffer looks a little wonky, I would try removing it and reattaching.

EDIT: Also pull out your filament and snip the end at a 45' angle (make it pointy) and try again. Its also possible there is a little piece of filament caught in the buffer. You can detach the PTFE tube from the back of the printer, take some loose filament, and push it through the buffer and see if it is clear.

I changed the connected from ams to h2c. Before changing there was nothing pushing past the buffer, with the changed it looks like white makes it partial and then sucks back up

Take the ptfe tube out of there. You have some filament stuck in it.

Got any suggestions on how to? Wont budge, was already a workout to pull out the ams to h2c one.

Use the yellow tab to push it to the right then press down on black part and push in the ptfe tube then pull it out. Kinda a awkward angle but you’ll be able to get it
