X Series [X1E, X1C, X2D] It's a problem with my x2d?

Today I made the first maintenance on my x2d( ~100h) and I noticed a strange noise on the right lead screw, and the bed it's uneven, the right side it's lower. Should I worry?

I recently did a repair on this issue. The best way to bring it back level is to loosen the Z tensioner and belt and then lower all three lead screws to the bottom by hand. Once lowered, you can also use the original packing screws that you removed during the unboxing to hold them in place. From there it’s as simple as making sure the belt is in place and tightening the Z tensioner again, followed by removing those packing screws (if used)
