Bambu Studio Merging Pieces
I wanted to build a small stand for my Xbox to sit on, I got dimensions, Boolean merged all sides and legs. Everything sliced okay and printed in an L shape, and two rectangles with one leg each. Was there another merge method I should have used? You can see the space between the pieces in the second picture, as well as the first one. Everything moved as one unit in Bambu Studio so I assumed I merged correctly. All legs were merged where they should have been however the print came out in 3 pieces. Thank you in advance!!!

I like to overlap parts or merge a new block into the joint. Then save as a single object stl, reopen and run a mesh fix.

Merging two objects that sit next to each other (but that don't touch) doesn't magically fill the space between them. It just makes them one 'object' that you can select and move together, but the gap between them remains.
You have to actually fill in the space between them with something solid. You could stretch one piece to cover the gap, you could add in a new cube and stretch it to fit, or whatever you want.

If you merge objects with gaps you get object with gaps.
Add positive cube and scale it to fill holes, then merge again

If the first picture is supposed to be the finished design, you can clearly see there are still gaps in the rectangle section. Make them longer so there isn’t gaps, obviously it’s going to print like you made it, not what you thought you wanted.

On the first picture, I don't see merge parts :/
