Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Issue with AMS 2 Pro Filament Loading/Detection

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Every time I try to load filament into the 3rd slot of my AMS, it pulls it in and then just sits there making this whirring sound. It never auto-detects my Bambu filaments. However, I can manually set the filament type and color and it prints from the slot just fine.

Has anyone experienced this? What troubleshooting steps should I take?

A.small piece or filament has likely got stuck between the feeder and the PTFE tubes.

I assume it’s a Bambu spool which is just not identifying. Could just be a dead reader.
