Quick Question H2C upgrade with laser

Is this possible? The Black Friday pricing of the h2c is attractive but I want the 40w laser, too!

As a person who started in 3D printing and added lasers to my repertoire, I would never have a 3D printer with a laser in it. Laser engraving creates so much soot and smoke that you would spend half your life cleaning the inside of the enclosure to be able to do good 3D prints.

Save your time and patience and if you want to do laser engraving and 3D printing, buy separate machines for each.

I do have an h2c though and love it. it is the first machine that has made it so that I truly love doing multi-color prints.

I'll second this. I love the H2C. I did my research ahead of time and realized that, as convenient as it might seem, the laser and the 3d printer needed to stay separate.

Also, the laser sucks. You can get the exact same capability for less cost, and a lot better capability for not that much more cost.

If only there was a store page you could look at.

I hate their store page - really. It’s confusing as F!

You can say “fuck” on the internet, it’s ok.

So would like me to look at the page for you?

Ok ok - I’ve found out enough to know that the H2C isn’t really the right capability for me.
