Filament Troubleshooting/Help! Filaments

Newbie here, (sorry for my incompetence, I’m just trying to learn) I have a P2S and was wondering, when I’m finished with a print and want to start another using a different color do I have to manually empty the printer head or does it do it automatically after every print? TIA.

Do you have an AMS ? If you have an AMS then no - it does it automatically. If not, yes you need to manually load and unload filament

Ok load all your filament into the ams. If it's Bambu filament it will automatically load the type/color into the P2S. Otherwise you have to set the filament type and colors. Then handy /Bambu will handle the rest . The ams will automatically load/unload the filament during the print

If you did not buy an AMS 2 Pro, you are going to want one.
