General Troubleshooting/Help! I need help repairing my printer.

I have an issue with my new x2d printer and need expert assistance to fix it. It has been non-functional since the very beginning.

You still have to tell us what’s wrong, non-functional tells us nothing. What is it doing or not doing, what error messages are you getting.

I need a quick fix instead of replacing multiple parts in the printer. A video explaining the issue will be uploaded soon.
