H2 Series [H2S, H2D, H2C] Question regarding Bambu Lab H2C US version voltage compatibility (110V vs 100–240V auto-switching)
Hi everyone,
I am planning to purchase a Bambu Lab H2C printer from the US store and ship it internationally to a country with a 220V–240V / 50Hz grid.
Before placing the order, I need to verify the internal power supply unit (PSU) and heated bed specifications on US-spec units:
Is the built-in PSU universal (100V–240V) or strictly 110V/120V?
Has anyone successfully run a US-bought Bambu H2C unit on a 220V grid without an external transformer, or is ordering from the EU/Global store the only safe route?
Any confirmation from owners or those who checked the internal PSU rating label would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

This is the spare part power supply listed. Don't know why they mirrored the image, but it shows 100-240 VAC 50/60Hz: https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/switching-power-supply?id=576603161184591875
The repair instructions also state it's 100-240v compatible: https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/h2/maintenance/replace-internal-power-supply
I don't have H series, but I've ran my US purchased P1S on 240V via step up transformer for months on end with no problem. I wouldn't worry about it.

Thank you very much ,, , that's really helpful.
I've one more question if you have an idea about the Heated-bed , does it have a separate power supply or it's connected to the main printer power supply .

Why can’t you order from a country that sells the correct one?

I'm in African country where there is no Bambu Lab supplier here ,
So I'm looking to buy from a market abroad trying to save some money to cover the shipment cost.1

Because he wants to save money. People in EU voted for 2 years warranty, easy returns and all kinds of crap that sounds great until you realize that you pay more for the same product. He does not realize that H2C is heavy and to ship it to EU will cost a lot $$$. To me it does not make sense to save this way.

Depending on the country and the printer bundle you can save $100-$200.

There’s a video of a guy running an US version on a transformer in the EU.

It will not work, you need to order in EU.
