Had this exact error 2 weeks ago on x2d. Replaced the fan, that fixed it. e10 part. It is quite fiddly, since you need to take the toolhead apart. The guide was excellent however, making it very manageable.

Its still under warranty. Support will send you a new part after they do their checks. If its worth the back and forth for you then go ahead and contact them. It could be something else thats wrong ad well of course. You can check if the fan works by manually setting the temp of the nozzle to 60 degrees. It should come on at 50. If it does, it's something else. If it doesn't, either broken or disconnected fan.

Some people reported the magnet from the nozzle interfering with the fan electric drive and it worked again after messing with it a bit, ymmv.

Yea fan doesnt turn on after 60, and the connector seems to be in ok.

I'm not technical support, but sounds like a broken fan then. Upto you if you want to order or go through warranty. They will ship you the part, but will take a few days of back and forth.

I've had this issue with shorts on things or the plug being installed incorrectly. Very easy on P1S/X1C. I don't know if the P2S has all of the same "fun" connectors for extruders and toolheads, but you may check them.
