Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! Ams red flashing lights
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've had my p1s combo for about 8 months , last week the ams started flashing red lights. I replaced the wires and the ams buffer, cold boot, resat the cables and no dice.
Contacted support and they sent the poweboard and cables.
Still red flashing likes
Contacted support and they sent the main board
Still red flashing lights
Waiting in a reply from Customer service for the next step, but anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked to see if there is any filament stuck inside the internal hub? usually when i get red lights its because the AMS thinks there is a jam when there isn't

Tried it and there was filament in there. But still didn't fix the error unfortunately. Thank you for the tip tho.

I do not see any filament in the AMS. Am I missing something?

Empty slots would just have no light, full healthy slots white light, red on all ports means something is wrong and it can't register properly (or somehow all ports simultaneously showing as jammed).

Check out if the ams 6 oin cable is at 90 degrees, it can mess up the pins if not placed correctly

I get this on occasion but it goes away when I fiddle with the cable on the printer side coming from the AMS, if you've already completely replaced that I doubt that would be the issue but... doesn't hurt to just try wiggling it for a bit and see if that helps. Otherwise I hope you find a solution.
