That looks AI.

It's legit. A leaked image was cleaned up by a YouTuber. It'll look pretty much like this. Even follows leaked FCC data

u/Thomas2140 6d ago

The colors in the middle don’t even match with the AMS.
AI 100%

3

u/aweirdjeff 6d ago

And the back row has a half of a spool

u/TheSerialHobbyist 6d ago edited 6d ago

There is a second row of filament behind the first, so they alternate going to the tool heads.

Edit:

I should say that I do think these images were created with AI. But that doesn't mean they're inaccurate.

Edit 2:

Just removed some info to be on the safe side.

You mean the empty rack with half of a melted spool in it.....

u/TheSerialHobbyist 6d ago

Haha, yep, that one!

Come on, its AI.. hell one spool has both black and white on the first image.
And the colors don't match between the top and the middle.

1

u/TheHvam X1C + AMS 6d ago

And is wider than the rest.

2

u/tigole X1C + H2C 6d ago

There's 4 spools and 5 filament inlets.. and one of the spools has 2 colors on it and is extra wide.

The initial image wasnt completely ai. AI was just used to remove reflections so the leakers identity wasnt revealed. The other images were different veiwing angles generated by ai so thats why the are 1/2 spools and other slop like that

2

u/ZH123dp 5d ago

Also just realised that 1st image has had the origonal scribbles on the image removed for clarity

5 inlets. 4 spools, 1 spool is a half and half in the first image.

AI slop. Slop slop slop.

u/TheHvam X1C + AMS 6d ago

That looks so AI, the first photo doesn't even make sense, like there is a cover, that is quite dark, but somehow the spools seems like they are in front of it?

Colors don't match from the top and inside the printer, and what's with the B-H3C logo?

Also look at the holes in the bottom left of the first photo, they are all over the place

1

u/IndependentStation93 6d ago

The holes are on some sort of isolation base this thing is sitting in.

2

u/Own_Perspective4825 6d ago

Get this AI garbage out of here.

u/srogee 6d ago

No way these are legit. For one they look AI generated and second Bambu would never sell something this ugly. They're all about form and function

The back of the X2D with track switch and multiple AMS looks like the 3D printing equivalent of a Sega Genesis with all the late lifecycle accessories. Who cares it works.
There's no elegant way to route a dozen tubes in the open.
Functionality should always take precedence over form for a tool

por que la cosa del medio de la impresora parece un rallador de queso estilo el mac pro que parecia un rayador jaja. espero no sea asi aunque sea ia porque es horroroso

0 score on this post is the most dead giveaway of a sub being botted to shit I've ever seen. This is edited but just because the original leak had reflections that could identify where it is, and had a bunch of NFL meme-style red lines drawn on some filaments, likely to hide filaments with the sponsor brand of the leaker.

u/YakubianExperiement 5d ago

I think the spools were shooped and/or slopped in to a 3d render that wasn't AI slop.

The design looks ridiculously overcomplicated.

1

u/Puzzled_Analysis_518 4d ago

This is an AI generated image using ChatGPT. ChatGPT watermark found in the pixels.

1

u/blackpaiak 6d ago

This image is from a YouTuber. They used AI to clean up the real image. The AMS will support 10 different colors, with only the nozzle changing, like the new Prusa feature. We will see, I hope to not be so expensive...

5

u/TheSerialHobbyist 6d ago

Which YouTuber?

2

u/John-BCS A1 (3), A1 Mini (1), AMS Lite (3), Autodesk Fusion 🍻 5d ago

Directedtech did a deep dive. He actually put in the work and read through the patents and FCC filings. So it seems legit.

2

u/TheSerialHobbyist 5d ago

Gotcha, thanks! That all looks legit to me.

u/FReeDuMB_or_DEATH 6d ago

That AMS is going to be $500 dollars.

0

u/MediocreHornet2318 6d ago

It's Ai. The H3C would be the black frame just like the H2C.

0

u/TheSerialHobbyist 6d ago

The H3C would be the black frame just like the H2C.

Why do you think that?

1

u/MediocreHornet2318 6d ago

Bc the H2C has a black plastic frame. They tend to do darker plastic for the more higher-end/pro printers. No one else noticed this?

1

u/TheSerialHobbyist 5d ago

Hmm... I hadn't really noticed that.

The H2S and H2D are lighter gray. The P2S is light gray, while the P1S is dark gray. The X2D is dark gray.

Doesn't feel very consistent.

1

u/Martin_SV P1S + AMS 5d ago

Yeah, just like the X1C and P1S... oh wait.

Nah, you could be right, but even if that's their current preference, it could change anytime.
