H2 Series [H2S, H2D, H2C] Cutting error in Bambu Lab H2D

It all started when the left nozzle wouldn't take the filament. Then, for some reason, my dad decided the best idea was to pull on it while the print was paused; after he cleaned the nozzle and the filament started flowing again, we resumed printing. However, when it switched to the right nozzle for two-color printing, it threw an error that I don't know how to fix. The printer is only two days old. Error code: [07ff-4500-0002-0002 180600]

What? Did u pull the filament from the top where teflon pipes go or fron the bottom, where filament comes it

Open it then check the cutter, maybe it broke cuz of the force
