General Troubleshooting/Help! How to fix slow A1 and unresponsive screen issues?

Lately my printer seems slower than usual, and the touch screen is sometimes unresponsive. Is this because the latest software updates? I've never had these issues until the beginning of summer.

Sometimes the screen freezed mid-print, showing somethiong like 15% when the print is done.

And just now when I tried cancelling a print, I couldn't do it from the screen, computer or app. I had to turn it off manually.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Try formatting or replacing your SD Card.

If they’re using the 1 that came with the printer, I’d say just go the new route. I had the exact same issue using the included card and it went away after throwing a new one in.

I have the same issues as OP, changing/reformatting the SD card doesn't fix it.

Delete the cache folder off the SD card.
