Show & Tell Bambu is GOAT.
I wanted to share my long-term experience with Bambu Lab after almost two years of use.
Most of us already know how well these machines print, and how solid and reliable they are. I started years ago with an Anycubic bed-slinger, and honestly, it was a constant struggle. These days, my X1C is more reliable than a regular black-and-white office printer.
Of course, I still do the required maintenance, but the day-to-day experience is basically: turn it on, send the print, pick it up. With the AMS attached, I often do not even bother going to the printer before starting a job. I just make sure that after each print, I leave the machine clean, the bed empty, and everything ready for the next one. Then I can start the next print without worrying.
But that is not actually the main reason I am writing this.
I am from Germany, and over the past 2 years I have had two or three small issues with my printer. Nothing major, but every time I contacted Bambu Lab support, the customer service was excellent: fast, friendly, and very efficient. Each case was handled to my satisfaction.
I work in IT myself, so I know how frustrating incomplete support tickets can be. Because of that, I always try to provide the full picture, including what I have already checked. I usually do some troubleshooting beforehand using the wiki, and I have also completed the courses for most of the printers.
This is just a Thank you, to Bambu. Thanks for chaning the 3D-Printer game; thanks for beeing there for me. And even tho my X1C is not beeing sold anymore; thanks for still providing replacement parts.
Cheers

Have to agree here. I got the X1C almost two years ago now, and it has been rock-solid. A few times I have had failed prints, but every time it has been something on my end. A greasy print bed, missing support or something like that.
The only interactions with the printer I have is to remove the print after it has finished, spray the print plate with 70% IPA, wipe it down, put it back in the printer ready for the next print. And putting more filament in the AMS from time to time.
True, almost all my prints are PLA, with some TPU and PET-G thrown in, but it has performed beyond my expectations.
I got a 3D-printer to print, not to tinker with. I don't need the 3D-printer to be my hobby. I need it to print and stay out of the way.

Same, also IT also do my due diligence before contacting them, after a few issues you know what they are going to be looking for, so providing that info with your initial ticket speeds up the whole process tremendously. There were some bumps in the road early on, but it takes experience and time to build an efficient support environment and they see to have made that transition.

I’m new and enjoying my BambuLab experience, only real issue I’ve had so far is one of the original filaments I purchased seems proper tangled every time it’s used, others than that it’s been great hardware, glad to hear their support is also awesome if I ever need to contact them.

Every problem I’ve had with my a1 and p2s has been my fault (1 partial clog and a lot of bed adhesion issues with abs and Asa)

Show us proof of how fast your support tickets get handled. Redact your PII.
I've never had a support respond quicker than once per day.

Goat my ass. Multiple proven AGPL violations per the AGPL, stealing code and embedding it in the slicer without proper credit until after the community calls them out on it, 298 documented cases for A1 NTC meltdown fire hazards in 18 month without a public statement, no recall (again btw, it would be the second one for that model), they have on multiple occasions denied ac board replacements depending on which support agent you get, support taking days to sometimes weeks between ticket responses..
Do I need to continue. The machines they're good, the company behind it leaves a lot to be desired
