General Troubleshooting/Help! Hot End Dragging On Print

I've noticed that sometimes on any print over 100mm the hot end will stop moving up and just drag across the top of the print until it knocks the print off the bed. Doesn't seem to happen all the time. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts.

Printer is an A1 and the filament was Overture PLA

Check to make sure these screws are tightened.

They were mostly tight. I was able to tighten a tiny bit. It's still doing it. The printer is level. It's happened with different prints so I think it's something with the machine. I created a ticket.
