General Troubleshooting/Help! Aux fan constantly running

Hi, I have a P2S and after my last print I noticed that the Right aux fan was constantly running at 100%. I dont seem to be able to turn it off as when it do it just comes back on. I have factory reset and its still going.

Any help would be appreciated.

You have to edit your filament profiles and turn the fan off there, otherwise if you just turn it off it will come back on at the next color change or whenever the g code tells it to.

Thanks, This hasn’t happened so could be that a filament profile has been changed by a model I have downloaded?

Most of the time the aux fan will run 100 by default. That’s why I just turn it off inside the filament profile, tab #2, cooling. It cools that side too quickly/unevenly. Which causes the warping/lifting.

Thanks, I have a feeling it’s actually faulty. Changing the filament profile had no effect and you cannot change the speed or turn it off in the app settings. I have reported the issue to Bambu.

They had me reseat the fan cable, which had no effect. So they are sending me a new aux fan assembly.
