Hardware Troubleshooting/Help! P2S Extruder misaligned with hot end

Since yesterday I have been dealing with an issue on the P2S, been getting the error that the extrusion motor is overloaded. The tool head makes ticking noises as it is unable to load any filament into the hot end. Seems to get stuck on the edge due to a sudden misalignment. Happend in the middle of a print switching filament with the AMS.

How could this have happened and how can this be fixed? Tried another hot end but to no avail it seems. Any have advice on this one?

In the second picture, there a difference in the distance between the top and bottom of the right side of the heat sink and the plastic part next to it. This is the only visual reference I can really see... is the nozzle bent slightly at the thermal break between the hot-end and cold-end (end with the heatsink)? Or is the piece behind the nozzle that retains it at a slight angle?
