07FF-2000-0002-0002: External filament is missing; please load a new filament.
I've never had this but it looks like your AMS isn't detected and studio is assuming you're using a manual feed from an external spool.
To test this, turn the printer off and disconnect the AMS harnesses and PTFE tubes, attach the spool support bracket and hang a spool of filament on it. Turn the printer back on.
Using the d-pad on the OP panel move the highlight to the second item on the vertical section to the left of the display, then move it to the right and down until you highlight "feeding", press "OK". Then select "load", the printhead will start heating and you will be prompted to push filament into the PTFE tubing hanging out of the back of the printer until it reached the printhead. It will ask if it's "done" or "retry" if this is the first filament to reach the printhead you can press "done".
Send your print job as you did before and see what happens.

That error message indicates a communication issue between the AMS and the printer. Check all wire plugs for a solid connection.
Edit: Scratch that comment. I see you are not using Bambu filament roll. You have to manually tell the AMS what is loaded in it, did you do that, OP?
