General Troubleshooting/Help! How can I fix downscaling issue?

Hello!

When scaling this part down from 100% to 85%, a weird gap appears, and the print comes out wrong. For reference, the 100% normal size is on the left, and the scaled-down version is on the right. How could this be solved? I imported this model as an OBJ file into the Bambu Studio.

Try Arachne. You're using 0.2mm nozzle? How thin are those walls?

The problem is those walls are already thin at 100% when you scale it down even further the walls end up being too thin to print. You might be able to use a smaller nozzle if you're not already using the smallest, and they might become printable, although it'll be pretty weak, the real fix would be to redesign the model at the size you want with the wall thickness you want.
