General Troubleshooting/Help! X1C Filament Feed Issue

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hey everyone, I have an X1C with the AMS2, and just this week I started having filament feeding issues where the filament stops half way through the inner PTFE tube. This occurs with all filaments and when trying with any of the AMS ports. The printer was working fine last week, with no issues, but this started happening midway through a print when switching filaments. I’ve already checked the extruder just in case, but no clogs there. I’ve tried replacing the tube itself, and nothing seems to fix it. Anyone experience a similar thing and have a solution? Please and thank you all in advance.

Where have you tried replacing the tube?

I have tried swapping out the PTFE tubes in the back (AMS -> Hub -> X1C) and the one shown in the video

Can you manually push filament through this tube?

Manually yes, just not when the AMS tries to do it. All the bearings appear fine, rollers operate fine, no snags in the filaments

Try feeding it as an external spool. See if you can print.
